It has been a fantastic day for the Arsenal fans in the Transfer Tavern. A move for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has been confirmed, whilst the BBC are also reporting that Mesut Ozil has signed a new deal at the Emirates.
It’s fair to say that, after a slow January window, things have really picked up pace today. But could they get even better?
Arsenal’s plans for the rest of the day are unclear, but an image shared on social media has certainly perked the interest of the Arsenal fans over on Twitter. Former Gunner Alex Song is apparently training at Arsenal at present, having been told to find a new club by current team Rubin Kazan, at least according to journalist David Sansun.

Song, of course, left Arsenal for Barcelona a few years ago, but his career has faltered since that point.
Nonetheless, whilst there is no suggestion of an imminent return to the Emirates, that’s a prospect that seems very popular amongst Arsenal fans.
