By the end of the season, you’ll know all about these 2 amazing Chelsea youngsters

Chelsea will be desperate to secure a Champions League spot after missing out on a place in the top-four on the final day of the season. But, things are looking up in terms of the future as a number of the club’s youngsters continue to impress Down Under.

Maurizio Sarri will be weighing up his options prior to the start of the new season, with a couple of youngsters possibly working their way into contention over the course of pre-season.

Indeed, Antonio Conte never really wanted to include the club’s youth players in his plans during his time at Stamford Bridge, so it will be interesting to see whether the newly-appointed Sarri has other ideas.

But, during Chelsea’s pre-season tour of Australia, a number of aspiring youngsters have already shown signs of promise and quality, which has gone down well with supporters.

With that being said, here’s TWO amazing Chelsea youngsters that you’ll know all about by the end of the season…

Callum Hudson-Odoi made a name for himself during the Blues’ 1-0 victory over Perth Glory recently, setting up the only goal with a lovely move that caught the eye of Chelsea boss Sarri.

But, this isn’t the first time that the youngster has defied expectations to produce moments of brilliance at a high level, as the tricky winger was influential for the England U17s in their World Cup triumph last year.

Indeed, Hudson-Odoi looks like becoming the homegrown player that supporters have been calling out for, with a breakthrough into the first-team squad not so far away.

The youngster is seen as a very tall, agile and quick goalkeeper, signing a professional contract with the Blues and making his youth team debut against Arsenal in September.

Interestingly, the Polish shot-stopper has been the number three goalkeeper on a number of occasions, so he’s no stranger to the surroundings of first-team football.

Although, with Rob Green recently joining, it remains to be seen as to whether Sarri will look to include youth in his plans or whether experience will come into play.
