As per the Sun, James Rodriguez could be on his way to Old Trafford – with the Manchester giants ready to consider a swap deal with Anthony Martial.
The news came as a surprise to the Red Devils in attendance, but given Martial’s poor form as of late – they are definitely behind the deal.
In fact, they’ve already started plotting out just how the Columbian would fit into their star-studded attacking line.

James Rodriguez has found his game time limited at Real Madrid – but that does not take anything away from his talents.
The Columbian midfielder impressed during his early days in Madrid, but his departure from the first team speaks more of the talent on show under Zidane – rather than his own lack of talent.
He is a dynamic, technical attacking midfielder – and there can be no doubts that he is one of Europe’s best.
With Martial out of form – he would be a fine replacement.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has, by his standards, had a poor start to the season – but he has bagged an impressive 8 goals in just 13 league appearances so far.
That kind of form is enough to get you into any team in the Premier League, and this Man Utd front 3 is no different.
He is the elder statesmen of this group, and will need to lead the line with the dominance that saw him lead PSG to numerous trophies during his spell in the French capital.
He has started well – he must continue in that vein if Man Utd want to challenge.
RW – Henrikh Mkhitaryan
Henrikh Mkhitaryan has recently been given a starting berth once again in the Man Utd first team – and he has taken his chance with both hands.
He has looked stunning, and it baffles the punters in the Tavern as to how Mourinho has left him out for so long.
The midfielder needs to continue his fine form, but if his early appearances are anything to go by – Man Utd have something very special on their hands.
