Birmingham City fans will be hugely disappointed with what has gone on in recent times as the nine-point deduction has brought on a relegation fight.
Garry Monk worked extremely hard to get the Blues into a position to challenge for a play-off place in the current campaign, but he’ll now have to turn his attention towards digging them out of a whole.
And, to make matters worse, it appears as if one of the club’s stars is attracting interest.

Everton are eyeing a move for Birmingham City’s Che Adams, according to The Sun on Sunday (24/03; page 59) (via Football League World)
Adams has been the star performer at St Andrew’s this season having produced 21 goals in 40 games, but with the nine-point deduction moving the Blues down the table, perhaps being out of the promotion picture could seal his exit.
It’s understood that he could be available for around £15 million in the summer.
The Verdict:
Birmingham City fans have already had to deal with enough in recent times and Everton’s interest in Adams certainly won’t help improve their mood, as losing him would be absolutely devastating.
Although, the Englishman is one of the most promising players in English football at this moment in time and he’s done more than enough to deserve a move to the Premier League.
Of course, losing Adams would come as a huge blow but at least the club would receive a hefty fee for his services.
