The Chelsea fans in the Transfer Tavern have been showing their appreciation for their Spanish creator, Cesc Fabregas as the midfielder celebrates his 31st birthday. Chelsea fans will be hoping their club can give the Spaniard a late birthday present at the end of the season as they continue to fight for Champions League football next season.

Fabregas, who’s currently in his fourth year as a Chelsea player, has had the honour of representing three of Europe’s biggest club teams in Arsenal, Barcelona and Chelsea throughout his career. The magic midfielder has won two Premier League trophies in time at Chelsea and has become a fan favourite in his time at Stamford Bridge, despite his long history with one of The Blues greatest rivals, Arsenal.
The Chelsea fans know that Fabregas is a born winner, the midfielder has succeeded everywhere he’s gone. The play-maker joined Arsenal in September before their invincible season, although he didn’t feature throughout the campaign. Fabregas did go on to be a hit at The Emirates as he won the FA Cup the following season before eventually moving to his home club Barcelona. The Spaniard also won two European Championships with Spain either side of winning the 2010 World Cup, if you needed any more evidence of what an incredible player the Chelsea man is.
