Chelsea fans are looking rather excited here in the Football Transfer Tavern as The Express seem to have a huge chunk of gossip concerning the Blues.

According to the publication, Brazilian international Ramires will be used as bait in order to land one of the best midfielders in the world – Juventus star Paul Pogba – who is wanted by a whole host of clubs including Manchester City and Arsenal.

However, Jose Mourinho and his board want to be the first in line to land the French international and it seems that they would be willing to sell Ramires in order to do so and the majority of our punters seem to think that is an excellent idea.

Ramires has seen his playing time at Stamford Bridge become seriously limited this term and given Juve are such a top side, we think that Pogba himself would also be keen on the move.

It would however be a huge blow for Arsenal and especially Manchester City, and Mourinho would certainly enjoy lording that over his rivals!
