It’s been a pretty dreadful start to life in the London Stadium for the West Ham fans in the Transfer Tavern, despite the fact fears of a relegation battle have recently subsided somewhat.
After such a good campaign last time out, the Irons have been almost entirely dismal this term and Slaven Bilic is looking like a man under real pressure in east London.
Now, according to the Daily Mirror, the Hammers could see their resolve tested for one of their most promising players in January.
They claim ever the unpopular Bundesliga side RB Leipzig are plotting a move for Reece Oxford, who is currently unable to get a game under Bilic.
Recently promoted to the German top tier, the club recently brought Oliver Burke over to Germany from Nottingham Forest, though are hugely unpopular amongst the rest of the Bundesliga for their huge investment of late.
Still only 17, the talented teen is a regular at England youth level, though has been unable to command regular game time at West Ham despite his stunning debut at the beginning of last season.
