Our Everton fans here in the Transfer Tavern can’t wait to see what their new team looks like on the first day of the season with transfers in full swing.
The men from Goodison Park had a superb campaign last season and now the plan is to build on that and break into the top six.
For sure, then, they’re going to need new players and that is what they have gone about doing already with Jordan Pickford and Davy Klaassen.
Indeed, the spending is unlikely to end there with Sandro Ramirez being heavily linked with a move to the club by the likes of The Liverpool Echo and after he scored yesterday for Spain U21’s, Everton fans had plenty to say.
