The Transfer Tavern was in shock yesterday as rumours emerged, as per the Telegraph, that suggested that Chelsea midfielder Oscar could be set for a move to China.
A reported £60m move had been made for the Brazilian, and to add further fuel to the fire – Chelsea had reportedly accepted the deal.
It came as a huge shock to everyone in the Transfer Tavern, not least the Chelsea faithful – many of whom thought the Blues would struggle to get more than £30 million for the disappointing Brazilian.
Oscar has been out of the side this season, and since switching to a 3-4-3 – it has seemed as though Conte simply has no place for him in his squad.
