With Crystal Palace only scoring 28 goals in the Premier League this season, they are desperately in need of another attacker in the transfer window. Many fans of the South London side are reacting to the latest news around their pursuit of striker Odsonne Edouard.
The Celtic forward has had a terrific spell in Scotland and at the age of just 22 he has scored 60 goals in 126 appearances, per Transfermarkt. His goals were a huge part of their success this season, as he managed 22 goals in the Scottish Premiership, averaging a strike every 96 minutes. It put him nine goals ahead of the second top scorer (Jermain Defoe), via BBC Sport.

According to the Scottish Sun, Crystal Palace have been interested in the French forward for a while and are ready to submit a bid which would be around £25 million.
The Eagles are keen to open talks as soon as possible but other sides are also interested in the striker so it looks like this deal could go down to the wire.
