The Manchester City fans in the Transfer Tavern have been reacting to the news (via Jose Haya) that their Argentine star, Sergio Aguero will take a break from his recovery from injury on Sunday to return to Manchester as his side lift the Premier League trophy. Pep Guardiola’s side take on Huddersfield at The Etihad on Sunday as they lift the Premier League trophy for the first time this season since winning it just over two weeks ago.
Kun Agüero keep recovering in a really good way in Barcelona and he will have a break on Sunday for coming to Manchester and PICK THE PREMIER LEAGUE and celebrate with the team and fans. @elchiringuitotv

Sergio Aguero has been on Manchester City’s key players for seven years since he signed for the club from Atletico Madrid back in 2011. In that time the striker has won the Premier League three times and has become the club’s all-time record goalscorer, usurping Eric Brook’s 177 goals earlier this season. The Argentine now has Manchester City goals to his name and has ensured that he’ll go down in the history books as one of Manchester City’s greatest ever players.
The fans need no encouragement to show their affection for the 29-year-old, although after hearing the news that the striker will be returning from his injury rehabilitation in Barcelona to celebrate with his teammates, it’s given the fans another reason to love him. At the age of 29, Aguero doesn’t have many years left at the very top of his game so to win another major honour with the Citizens will be something he’ll want to cherish, hence his coming back from Barcelona, however, he’ll have one eye on next season as he looks to add a fourth league winners’ medal to his trophy cabinet.
