The Manchester City fans in the Transfer Tavern are all sad to see Pablo Zabaleta leave.
A few terms can be heard coming from their booth in the Transfer Tavern: “warrior”, “hero”, and “legend” are three such examples.
Pablo Zabaleta has been a big fans’ favourite at the Etihad since making the switch to England from Espanyol in 2008 but it was announced that he will be leaving at the end of the season.
The experienced Argentinian international has played well over 300 times for Manchester City in a brilliant nine season spell which has seen him pick up many trophies and captain the side on occasions.
The 32-year-old has won two League Cups, an FA Cup, a Community Shield and two Premier League titles during his time in Manchester.
Now the popular right back is set to leave when his contract expires at the end of this season.
Manchester City fans will be able to bid him a final farewell in Tuesday night’s clash with West Brom as they continue to chase a Champions League qualifying spot.
Zabaleta is expected to join West Ham United on a free transfer, penning a two year deal with the Hammers.

We love you Pablo. You will be missed. Just don't score against us.
