According to the Express, Everton are on the hunt for Toulouse’s Ibrahim Sangaré, who only has one year left on his current contract.
The French outfit could sell their midfielder powerhouse for a cut-price fee following their relegation from Ligue 1. Due to the ongoing effects of the current coronavirus pandemic, France were forced to end their football seasons prematurely. As a result, Paris Saint-Germain were crowned top flight champions and Toulouse faced the drop into Ligue 2.

Reportedly, Sangaré was already considering his future before his side were relegated, and he now looks certain to leave. Everton and Newcastle are locking horns in a bid to land the Ivorian international, despite only accumulating one goal and three assists across the last two seasons (via Transfermarkt).
Some Toffees fans have taken to Twitter to express how much they would love to see Singaré link up with the rest of the Everton team. One supporter has said the club must ‘sign him up quick’ whilst another is excited over the 22-year-old’s ‘talent’:
