Everton: Fans buzz at injury update on Jean-Philippe Gbamin

Lots of Everton fans are buzzing at an injury update involving Jean-Philippe Gbamin after the Merseyside club posted a report on their official website.

As per the article, the 24-year old is following an intensive rehabilitation programme and steadily closing in on a return to full training after he had surgery in February to repair a tear in his quadriceps tendon.

According to the Toffees, Gbamin is feeling extremely positive over the progress that he is making under first-team physiotherapist Adam Newall. The Ivorian international has been working closely with Newall to regain fitness as the pair have come up with a regime following current circumstances.

Newall claims that Gbamin is working tirelessly and even said that he has to rein him in a bit, and what will surely please the Blues faithful is that details of the regime were shared in the report.
