Some Everton fans were left gushing over the penalty scored by Dominic Calvert-Lewin for England versus the Republic of Ireland on Thursday.
As per a video of the goal shared by the official Twitter page of the Goodison Park faithful, the 23 year-old thumped his spot kick hard and high into the top corner of the net, leaving the goalkeeper with very little chance of saving it.

The strike put Gareth Southgate’s team 3-0 up on the night thanks to earlier goals from Harry Maguire and Jadon Sancho, and that is how the score finished with the Three Lions claiming victory in the friendly at Wembley Stadium.
