Seamus Coleman has sent a video of encouragement to an Everton fan who is performing a charity cycle in order to raise money for the Irish Wheelchair Association.
The fan in question is one Stevo Timothy, who unfortunately suffered injuries to his spine, meaning he is limited to a wheelchair and crutches in order to stay mobile. Despite that, he will be cycling five kilometres in order to raise the much needed funds and the Everton and Republic of Ireland captain has sent a video to wish him the very best and show his support.
Stevo has set a €25,000 (£21,880) target and has already reached more than €23,000 (£20,130) of this amount since setting up his GoFundMe page.

Plenty of Everton fans loved Coleman’s contribution to the cause and flocked to support both their skipper and the charity cycle. Many Toffees are gushing over the video, with one supporter saying they are a ‘proud Evertonian’ whilst another has said he is ‘always making us proud’:
