Loads of Everton fans have been hailing a transfer link to Sergio Romero as RMC Sport (via The Gwladys Street) have reported that the Manchester United ace would like to work under Carlo Ancelotti.
According to the outlet, the Italian boss is keen to put him in competition with Jordan Pickford, whose time at Goodison Park has not always been plain sailing.
Indeed, the English international goalkeeper has been heavily criticised for making several errors and as such has been linked with a potential move away to Frank Lampard’s Chelsea.

However, a recent report has suggested that the Blues are set to face competition from newly-promoted Premier League rivals Leeds United who are thought to be monitoring his situation with the Red Devils.

With a quite impressive 12 clean sheets in 17 games for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s team in all competitions in the 2019/20 season, coupled with the concession of only five goals, as per Transfermarkt, the 33-year old may well be a good addition to the Toffees.
