Everton: Fans laud Fabrizio Romano’s update on Allan and Abdoulaye Doucoure

Lots of Everton fans have been lauding a transfer update from Fabrizio Romano on his official Twitter page.

As per a tweet from the football journalist, the Merseyside club are still in talks with SSC Napoli for Allan and Watford ace Abdoulaye Doucoure is also still on their list.

However, Carlo Ancelotti’s team have offered €25 million, which is the equivalent of around £22.5 million, and Gennaro Gattuso’s side are asking for €35 million to sell the central midfield player, which equates to roughly £31.5 million.

Indeed, it seems as if the Toffees are very close to getting their man, as another journalist Nicolo Schira has also claimed that the Brazilian international only wants to sign for the Blues.

EFC may not even stop there as well, as they have reportedly also had an opening bid rejected by the Hornets for Doucoure, however, it seems as if that deal could also get done if a price tag is agreed.
