Everton have been linked to potential Jordan Pickford replacement Jasper Cillessen from Valencia.
The Toffees continue to suffer defensively after the England international struggled against Fleetwood Town on Wednesday. Pickford made a huge error which led to the visitors’ first goal of the game. The second came just ten minutes later after he failed to save a shot from Callum Camps, which was straight at him.

It seems the club are looking to strengthen their options in the net and have registered interest in the Dutch shot-stopper.
According to Marca (relayed via @EvertonNewsFeed), Everton have already submitted an offer for the 31-year-old, but it was less than Valencia’s £32million asking price.
Some Blues fans have responded to this transfer update and are eager to bring in a replacement for controversial figure Pickford.

One supporter has urged the club to ‘get him in time for Palace’ on Saturday whilst another has already branded him as ‘better than Pickford’.
