Everton: Fans question Dominic King after criticism of club’s board

Everton fans have slammed journalist Dominic King after he scrutinised the club’s board for “throwing money at the problem” concerning Italian manager Carlo Ancelotti.

The Daily Mail journalist raised questions about the managerial conundrum at Goodison Park, with the club yet to hire a permanent manager following the sacking of Marco Silva in December.

Following a 5-2 defeat against hated neighbours Liverpool, club legend has been taking temporary charge of the first team with fans buying into the Scotsman’s emotional and passionate attitude on the touchline.

Sky Sports revealed that the three-time Champions League winner is expected to move to Merseyside and take charge of the blue half of the city.

However, King wrote in his Daily Mail column how this might not necessarily be the best solution for the Toffees, and question Farhad Moshiri’s requirements to spend big to fix the problems.

Supporters were critical of King’s words on the Blues’ current situation and made their feelings clear on social media.
