Some Everton fans have been left raging at some comments made by Alex Iwobi on his official Instagram story after the 1-1 away draw at Burnley in the Premier League.

After the game, the Nigeria international posted on his story (via The Toffee Blues), that ‘a point’s better than nothing’, which left several members of the Goodison Park faithful questioning his mentality.

Given that Sean Dyche’s team are currently in the relegation zone in the top flight at the moment, the Merseyside club should be looking to get all three points against them, even if they were playing at Turf Moor.

If Carlo Ancelotti’s side have any ambitions of finishing in the European spots come the end of the 2020/21 term, then these are matches that they need to be winning.
