Many Everton fans have reacted to a report claiming Carlo Ancelotti is ‘desperate’ to bring in Lazio striker Ciro Immobile this summer.
The Italian tactician will embark on his first summer transfer window as boss of the Toffees and will be looking to put his own stamp on the squad. Having arrived in December to replace Marco Silva, he is seemingly keen to bring in a new striker, and Immobile is now the player linked to the club.
The Italy international is said to be unsettled at Lazio, according to TEAMtalk, and that has opened up a potential Premier League move for the 30-year-old striker.
After early career spells with Juventus, Siena, Grosseto, Pescara and Genoa, Immobile first began to make a name for himself at Torino, gaining himself interest from Borussia Dortmund in the process and making an eventual move to the Bundesliga side.
A struggle for goals with the German club saw Immobile move to Sevilla on loan and enjoy another spell with Torino before he eventually settled at Lazio.
Having spent the last four seasons with the Rome based club, the 39-capped international has scored an impressive 116 goals in 167 games.

Liquidate the club if you trade a 20 year old player for a 30 year old player who never done well outside Italy. Hilarious these links love it
