Everton fans have been giving to their reaction to the comments of billionaire Alisher Usmanov and that he is considering placing a stake in the club.
The former Arsenal shareholder is a good friend of Goodison Park’s owner Farhad Moshiri and has spoken about making a hefty investment into the Toffees.
After the Blues recently hired Carlo Ancelotti, there is a sense of optimism across the club since the sacking of Marco Silva following their 5-2 defeat against Liverpool in December.

Usmanov told The Financial Times that he would like to join up with Moshiri, saying that it would be a “great pleasure” to work with his fellow billionaire friend.
Supporters exploded with delight after hearing Usmanov’s comments and made their feelings clear on social media. One fan said that they are the next Manchester City in the making due to the finances that the billionaire would make available for the Toffees.
