Fans of Everton have been reacting to a post on Twitter, in which the official Toffees’ account discussed the club’s youngest ever player, Thierry Small.
Following his debut for the club in Sunday’s 3-0 FA Cup victory against Sheffield Wednesday, the 16-year-old small became Everton’s youngest ever player, beating the previous record held by Jose Baxter by 15 days.

And, despite only playing five minutes of the fixture, it would seem those at the club have been impressed with the development of the left-back, as it has been reported that Everton hope to tie Small down to his first professional contract at the end of the season.
It would seem that this is something fans of the Blues are fully in support of, as, after the club shared a post regarding Small’s debut on Twitter, many of them flocked to call for the 16-year-old to be offered a deal at the club.
