Cenk Tosun has been singing the praises of Everton Football Club in a recent interview but fans are indifferent to his comments.
Speaking to Futbol Arena (via Sport Witness), the striker opened up about his feelings towards the club and how he wants to win silverware at a ‘very big club’ with ‘rich history’.

“Winning the Premier League title is a hard task given the presence of Liverpool, Manchester City, Chelsea and Manchester United,” Tosun said. “However, I think we can win the FA Cup or League Cup. Because the club is running in a very professional way, and we have quality players.”
The Turkey international joined the Blues from Besiktas in 2018 for a fee of £27 million (via Sky Sports), but he hasn’t had the desired impact. Tosun’s recent loan move to Crystal Palace was cut short after he suffered an ACL injury.

Everton fans have responded to the 28-year-old’s interview and they aren’t sold. One fan has slammed his comments for being ‘propaganda’.
