Plenty of players have come through Everton’s youth ranks and made their way into the reserve team and even the senior squad. Tom Davies is a grand and current example of a player who has worked his way up to play on the big stage. Not to mention Wayne Rooney who of course also rose through the Everton Academy to become one of the best English footballers and biggest household names.
