This is because their original next match in the Premier League against Aston Villa has been postponed as a result of an outbreak in the Villa camp, meaning that the Foxes are now their next opponents in the English top flight.

As the central midfield player picked up his fifth booking in the PL in his last game, he will now be banned for the LCFC clash instead, which has certainly not gone down very well with several members of the Goodison Park faithful.
The 28 year-old is a key player for Carlo Ancelotti having made no fewer than 20 appearances in all competitions so far in the 2020/21 term (Transfermarkt), and thus will surely be a big miss for the Toffees.
