Everton: Fans discuss possible exit of Dominic Calvert-Lewin to Real Madrid

Many Everton fans have been discussing Dominic Calvert-Lewin as Todofichajes (per The Toffee Blues) have linked him to Real Madrid.
As per the outlet, the European giants are looking at the England international and are prepared to pay €40 million, which is the equivalent of around £36.1 million, to get his signature on the dotted line.
Can Everton do better than Calvert-Lewin up front?
Yes

No

Whether Zinedine Zidane’s team make a move for Calvert-Lewin in the January transfer window or next summer is not clear, but the 23-year old is supposedly now on the radar of Los Blancos.
Indeed, Calvert-Lewin has been enjoying a great start to the 2020/21 term so far, scoring no fewer than ten goals in a mere seven games in all competitions for Carlo Ancelotti’s side (Transfermarkt).
With seven of those strikes coming in the Premier League, Calvert-Lewin is the joint-top scorer with Spurs ace Heung-Min Son, but a move away to the Spanish capital in January would jeopardise his chances of finishing as the top flight’s Golden Boot winner.
However, Kevin Phillips, who won that very accolade in the 1999/00 season, believes that the striker will stay at the Merseyside club ‘for a long time’.

Spot on! He’s irreplaceable at the mo no matter how much we get for him.

Hahaha try double that and add an extra 20m! That offer is an insult for the Prems young leading scorer.

They must be joking! €40M has bought some bang average players over the last few seasons! On current form (especially given DCL’s age!) he must be worth a King’s Ransom!
