Everton: Fans hail Carlo Ancelotti view on Sami Khedira

Loads of Everton fans have been hailing Carlo Ancelotti as he commented on various reports linking Sami Khedira with a move to the Goodison Park faithful.

Speaking in his pre-game press conference (via The Toffee Blues) ahead of their Premier League clash versus Fulham at Craven Cottage, the Italian boss said:

“I have a good memory of Sami Khedira. I would love to work with him but he’s not the only one! I’ve had many good players but to come here to Everton is another thing.”

Indeed, Khedira also suggested that he would like to reunite with Ancelotti, and it seems as if several supporters of the Merseyside club would back their manager if he wanted to sign him, despite concerns stating the opposite.

The 33 year-old can still be ‘world class’ on his day, and his influence in the dressing room is not something to be swept aside.

Khedira has won both the UEFA Champions League and the FIFA World Cup with Germany and Real Madrid respectively, and so it may not be a bad idea by Ancelotti to bring him in for his experience.
