Many Everton fans have been left lauding what one called a ‘mad’ transfer update from Fabrizio Romano as he has said that Felipe Anderson has been offered to them.

The Italian football journalist and transfer guru was replying to a fan of the Goodison Park faithful on Twitter asking if there was any latest news on his club, to which he said: ‘Felipe Anderson has been offered but he’s not a priority at the moment’.

The winger, who is currently out on loan at FC Porto from West Ham United, has a good amount of experience playing in the Premier League, scoring 10 goals and supplying a further eight assists in 63 matches in the last three consecutive seasons (Transfermarkt). One supporter hailed him as a ‘typical Everton player‘.

He could certainly be a decent squad player to have around at the Merseyside club as Carlo Ancelotti’s team push toward qualifying for European competition for the next term.

These Toffees supporters lauded the transfer update from Romano on Twitter, with one Blue even going as far to say as it is ‘mad’ while another claimed that the 27-year-old Brazilian is a ‘typical Everton player’:
