According to a report from Inside Futbol, Brazilian Serie A side Gremio have already started identifying replacements for star midfielder Everton Soares – potentially highlighting the Toffees’ interest in bringing the player to Goodison Park.
Soares, who has bagged a solid 36 league goals from the left-wing since his debut campaign in 2014 (Transfermarkt), has reportedly been enticing Everton’s interest as they search for a prolific midfielder to add potential goalscoring threat. Indeed, the Brazilian has been linked with a move to the Premier League for quite some time, with English giants Arsenal also in the hunt for his signature last summer (Belfast Telegraph).
