Rangers: Fans hammer Cedric Itten

Glasgow Rangers may have edged a 1-0 win against Kilmarnock away from home on Sunday, but some of the Ibrox outfit’s supporters were far from happy with the display of Cedric Itten.

The Gers beat Kilmarnock 1-0 at Rugby Park thanks to a penalty from James Tavernier. It means the Gers have now gone 18 games unbeaten in all competitions this season, and they have even managed to stretch their lead to nine points at the top of the Premiership – their fierce rivals Celtic play in the cup later today.

Itten, though, was far from at his best. He wasn’t helped by being put on the right-wing, but he was incredibly ineffective. He won just one of 11 duels at Killie, whilst he also missed a huge chance in the second half.
