Glasgow Rangers can now look on as Hearts take over the mantle of attempting to hold the SPFL to account.
The Gers, of course, accused the governing body of corruption over their handling of the resolution proposal situation, whilst they even demanded that an independent investigation be carried out into the authority – in the end, that was voted against.

With the campaign being drawn to a close early, Hearts found themselves relegated to the second tier despite being just four points from safety with nine games to go. Ann Budge, the Edinburgh club’s owner, has since been pushing for reconstruction in an attempt to save her team.

A vote for a mix-up of the pyramid north of the border is currently underway but, if that is rejected, Hearts are said to be ready to mount a legal challenge – that could cost the SPFL £6m in compensation according to The Daily Record.
This has attracted the attention of the Gers supporters, and they have taken to Twitter to share their thoughts. You can see some of the best comments from the social media platform below.
Corporate negligence @spfl
All to thieve @CelticFC a title.
Lawwell give a rousing speech to stop the truth coming out did he?
Well now Hearts need to get an interim interdict to prevent the league going forward into a new season until this matter is sorted. https://t.co/Xvkw0ObUKQ

All this to give to Pacific shelf a title that has become irrelevant and meaningless and has an asterisk beside it anyway. SPFL playing a blinder and greeting tims everywhere. It’s absolutely delightful.

You and the SPFL run the same story every time one of these votes come up. So far the SPFL have cost clubs 9m, and that is before they have paid BT. Their incompetence is beyond parody, yet the Record support them unconditionally. The Record is just a mouthpiece for these clowns

All the scotch soccer fans could have been looking forward to BHC games in the coming week,. But they will have to settle for court appearances and dodgy voting processes. Scotland lol whit they like.

Remembe the time we were told that null & void – despite being the only solution to an incomplete season that preserved #SportingIntegrity – would cost the Scottish game too much money?
