Glasgow Rangers: Fans in disbelief as Umar Sadiq is linked with Manchester United

For every Alfredo Morelos, there is an Umar Sadiq at Glasgow Rangers.

The former, of course, has been an absolute revelation at Ibrox, scoring 77 goals in 137 games for the Gers since making the switch in 2017. His performances have led to him being linked with the likes of Borussia Dortmund and Atletico Madrid, whilst he is now valued at £10.8m by Transfermarkt.

Sadiq, meanwhile, struggled to make any kind of impression in Glasgow. He signed on loan from AS Roma in 2018, but he lasted less than six months and managed just four appearances before returning to Italy. Since then, though, he has gone from strength to strength, and has 17 goals and 16 assists in all competitions whilst with Partizan Belgrade.

Now, he has even been linked with a move to Premier League giants Manchester United – something which the Gers supporters clearly find hard to believe, influenced by what they saw of him at Ibrox.
