Manchester United have had a decent first season under Jose Mourinho, and are favourites to win the Europa League as well as finish in the top six in the Premier League.
The Portuguese manager has managed to turn things around as well as anyone could really expect, following a disastrous spell under Louis Van Gaal and David Moyes previously.
This turnaround has in the main pleased our United fans here in the Transfer Tavern, and many will be looking forward to the summer and the potential winning of the Europa League if the club can maintain its form in the competition.
However, despite ironing out many problems, there are still a couple of burning issues Jose Mourinho could do with resolving at Old Trafford, and our landlord and Red Devils fans agree.
With this in mind, we take a look at TWO burning issues Mourinho needs to resolve at Man United ASAP…
A long term replacement for Zlatan

The big Swedish striker has been absolutely superb for United since making the move in the summer, but his deal is set to expire at the end of this campaign.
Mourinho will be confident of tying up Zlatan on another short-term contract, but he will surely know deep down he needs to bring in a longer term replacement.
Plenty of names will no doubt be mentioned in the summer, and Mourinho would be wise to act early in the summer to secure the best targets.
The Luke Shaw issue

The ongoing saga with Luke Shaw has really caught the attention of the media over the last few weeks, with Shaw first dropped entirely, then brought on as a sub, before starting against Sunderland last weekend.
However, the all round situation still needs resolving by Mourinho and Shaw, and the longer it hangs over the club, the more it distracts everyone involved.
The sooner Mourinho can nip this one in the bud, the better.
