As per Voetbal International, Glasgow Rangers are one of a number of clubs interested in Feyenoord youngster Crysencio Summerville.
According to the report, there are several clubs who have a concrete interest in the 18-year-old.

Alongside the Gers, Anderlecht, Wolves and Red Bull Salzburg are all mentioned as well.
Even at the age of just 18, Summerville has played a big role this season for ADO Den Haag whilst there on loan. He appeared in 23 games in all competitions, including 21 in the Eredivisie, and managed two goals and three assists along the way.
Unfortunately, Den Haag were unable to stay in the top tier and were relegated, but that failure cannot really be put at the youngster’s feet. In a better team, such as with the Netherlands’ U19s, he has been impressive, scoring six goals in just five matches at that level.

Currently valued at £810,000 by Transfermarkt, Feyenoord would likely look for a bigger fee if they were to let him leave, but the fact that he has just one year left on his contract does play into his hands. If he does not want to extend his stay at the the club, then they may be forced to move him on now to make sure they pick up some kind of transfer fee for him.
If the Gers were to convince him to make the move to Ibrox, they could be signing a real star of the future.
