Former Glasgow Rangers flop Umar Sadiq has a €15m (£13.6m) price tag on his head amidst interest from Manchester United as per The Daily Record.

Sadiq spent less than six months on loan at Ibrox in 2018, but he failed to make any real kind of impression.

Now, though, after impressing with Partizan Belgrade, he is attracting interest, and the Serbian outfit want €15m (£13.6m) for his services.

Gers fans will no doubt be struggling to comprehend exactly how he has such a big price tag considering how poor he was in Glasgow. He managed just four senior appearances for the club, failing to score even once, and his loan spell was even cut short as he departed in December of that year.

However, the move to Belgrade has rejuvenated him. Since making the move to the Balkan state, first on loan at the start of this campaign and then permanently in January, the Nigeria international has scored 17 goals and provided 17 assists in 39 matches, whilst he has four strikes in six caps for the Super Eagles as well.
At the age of 23, he is blossoming into the player many will have hoped he could become with the Gers. It just goes to show that players can turn it around when given the opportunity.
