The Man City fans in the Transfer Tavern are desperate for their side’s next game. It has been a sensational few weeks for the Citizens, with Pep Guardiola’s side dominating every opponent that they have come up against. They’ve been scoring for fun and defending with style, and in truth, it is looking like they’re going to run away with the Premier League title this season.
That said, Pep Guardiola can’t take any game lightly, and whilst he will be expecting for his side to beat Burnley this weekend, the Clarets have proven themselves to be a very strong team. Thus, Guardiola needs to make sure that his best players are on the field this weekend – even if it means dropping a couple of players from the side that beat Napoli.
Man City’s squad is brimming with quality, and they all need to get their turn in the spotlight.
With that said, Guardiola simply must start these 2 Man City players against Burnley – agreed?
Sergio Aguero

Sergio Aguero had been expected to miss a prolonged period through injury, but he was back on the bench against Napoli.
That would suggest that he is close to full fitness, and against Burnley, it could be time for the Argentine to be unleashed once more.
Earlier on in the season, alongside Gabriel Jesus, the Argentine had been in sensational form, and whilst the Citizens haven’t missed him too much, there is no doubting that his involvement will make Man City a better side.
If he’s at 100%, he simply must start.
Raheem Sterling
Raheem Sterling has found a new lease on life this season, and both he and Pep Guardiola deserve so much credit for that.
He offers less star power than the likes of Kevin De Bruyne and David Silva, but the job that he has been doing every week so far this term has been sensational.
Guardiola may be tempted to drop the Englishman in favour of a player like Aguero, but he needs to think twice and look towards another player. On current form, Sterling is simply undroppable.
