Glasgow Rangers: Fans react to Neil Doncaster’s latest comments

Glasgow Rangers’ fight for justice appears to be gathering pace.

The Ibrox outfit want an investigation into the SPFL to be conducted following their handling of the resolution proposal that should have been rather straightforward. Instead, allegations of corruption have been thrown about, whilst the Gers themselves have produced a 200-page dossier in which they claim to show clear evidence of wrongdoing from the governing body.

All of the other 41 clubs in the top four tiers have received the information and will now be asked to vote on the matter at the Emergency General Meeting on Tuesday. The SPFL have also seen the document and have insisted they believe there is no worthwhile evidence in it to substantiate Rangers’ claims.

The organisation’s chief executive Neil Doncaster has said in an interview with BBC Sport that clubs will suffer if they decide to sue the SPFL. As you can imagine, this has not gone down well with many of the Ibrox club’s supporters and they have taken to Twitter to share their thoughts – one fan even called him a “horrible little rat”.
