The German veteran is a legendary midfielder, and everyone was disappointed when he was cast aside by Jose Mourinho – and his return is particularly timely for the Man Utd fans in the Tavern.
The Red Devils have been poor as of late – and in the past, Bastian Schweinsteiger has proven himself to be somewhat of a catalyst for victory.
According to OptaJoe on Twitter, Man Utd’s win rate is much improved whenever Schweinsteiger is in the first team.
Since his arrival, Man Utd reportedly have a 13% better win rate – which would suggest that the German certainly has an impact when the Red Devils win.
