The Man City fans in the Transfer Tavern are having a bit of a rough spell at the moment…
After a stellar start to the Premier League season, Man City have come off the rails lately – and Pep Guardiola has a tough task ahead of him if the Citizens are to challenge for supremacy in the English top flight this season.
However, his issues don’t just extend to matters within the first team. He also needs to ensure that he is making the best out of the talented developmental academy at Man City – and at present, he just isn’t doing enough.
There are a host of talented players within the developmental system at the Etihad – and given that many of them are not featuring much this season, it could be time for Guardiola to send a few out on loan.
After all, if players aren’t getting regular game time, Guardiola is running the risk of letting them stagnate.
With that said, it’s time for Guardiola to loan out these 2 Man City players before next Tuesday…
Tosin Adarabioyo

Tosin Adarabioyo is, reportedly, attracting the interest of Everton – with the defender reportedly considering an exit.
In truth, it could be too late for Pep Guardiola to save this one, but he needs to do all he can to try and get him to stay.
The offer of a short-term loan deal ahead of a role within the first team next season could be tempting for Adarabioyo. He, surely, wants to play in the side that he has grown up at – and whilst Guardiola might not be able to offer him that chance this season – next year the Citizens should be in better shape.
Aleix Garcia

Aleix Garcia has featured intermittently this season, but at 19-years-old, he needs to be playing regularly.
Garcia is a real presence in the middle of the park, and he really does look destined to make it at the Etihad, but with the results only getting worse under Guardiola, he isn’t likely to feature much going forward.
A departure will allow him to get some much-needed game time, and with Guardiola likely to rebuild the foundations within the squad next season – he might be able to get involved.
