There really isn’t much to moan about for the Celtic fans in the Transfer Tavern right now, considering the nature of their first season under Brendan Rodgers so far.
The Hoops remain unbeaten domestically and are hopeful of landing a famous treble this season, a welcome remedy to the Ronny Deila era that seemed to plague Parkhead during his two years in charge.
While there doesn’t appear to be an awful lot wrong with the squad at his disposal right now, the notion of bringing players in the January market is an exciting one for the Bhoys at the bar.
Though there is always likely to be pressure when playing for a club as big as the Scottish champions, allowing new arrivals to settle in with the title all but sealed could be a great building block ahead of next season.
So, with that in mind, here are TWO deals Rodgers should seal ASAP.
Jordon Mutch

Linked with a move from Crystal Palace, Jordon Mutch seems like the sort of player who’d excel under Rodgers’ watch.
Blessed with a huge amount of technical ability, the former Cardiff City man would provide cover and competition for Tom Rogic in the No.10 role and certainly provide an extra dimension to the attacking line.
Thulani Serero
The classy Ajax midfielder is another to be touted as a potential target for the Hoops, following his classy performances in the Dutch capital.
Another intricate technician, the South African international looks likely to leave the Amsterdam ArenA in the coming weeks and would be a good signing for Rodgers.
