Bournemouth fans in the Football Transfer Tavern are overjoyed as they believe Eddie Howe has found the ideal replacement for Matt Ritchie, following his surprise move to Newcastle.
According to the Mirror, the Cherries’ £15 million bid has been accepted by Liverpool for rising star Jordan Ibe.
The England Under 21 star has been starved of a starting place at Anfield and punters in the Tavern are confident Howe could nurture him into a dangerous first-team player at the Vitality Stadium.
Jurgen Klopp likened to Ibe on arrival at Liverpool and gave him 41 appearances last season, where he netted four goals, but he struggled to convincingly nail down a starting place.
Klopp did not want to lose the 20-year-old this summer as he is a promising prospect but it appears as though they are going to allow the youngster to talk to the club on the South Coast.
