The Everton fans in the Football Transfer Tavern are loving life under Ronald Koeman…
The ex-Southampton boss has brought with him a real air of enthusiasm, and Goodison Park has been bouncing since the start of the season.
Koeman has got the Everton fans in the Football Transfer Tavern toasting to a Champions League finish this season – with the Dutchman bringing the best out of his relatively average squad.
However, if Koeman genuinely wants to challenge with the best in the league, he will need to invest in top European talent – and very few countries have as much raw ability as France.
The French national team are coming off of the back of an impressive Euro 2016 – and Koeman would be wise to look towards the country in search of fresh talent.
With that said, Koeman simply must consider signing these 2 French players in January
Geoffrey Kondogbia

Geoffrey Kondogbia is a powerful central midfielder that would revolutionise the Everton midfield.
He might not be the most technical of midfielders, but he is able to run with the ball and drive forward – and as such he would offer a real threat offensively for the Toffees.
He is also very strong defensively. He is able to stand strong and take a challenge, and he is not afraid to put one in either.
He is the perfect man to protect the ageing Everton defence.
Morgan Schneiderlin

Morgan Schneiderlin is not getting any game time at Man Utd – and Ronald Koeman would be wise to look towards his fellow ex-Southampton star in search of defensive reinforcements.
The problem at Everton is that beyond Lukaku, none of their players can genuinely be described as world class – and Schneiderlin absolutely is.
He would add some real quality in the heart of the Everton midfield – and Koeman could be the man to bring the best out of the impressive playmaker.
Solid defensively and offensively; Schneiderlin is the complete package.
