Everton: Fans salivate over moving into their new Bramley-Moore Dock stadium

Loads of Everton fans have expressed their delight over the plans of their new stadium at the Bramley Moore Dock in Liverpool.

The Toffees plan to leave their Goodison Park home in 2022, which will bring an end to a 130-year stay at their historic stadium. The final design was revealed before Christmas as chief executive Denise Baxendale-Barrett as ‘profound statement of intent’, as per talkSPORT. The 52,000-seater stadium will cost an estimated £500m to build and will help take the Toffees to the next level with a state-of-the-art arena.

Liverpool Waters (via @PeelLivWaters) posted a question on Twitter asking for views of Blues fans about the new structure, which will become part of the city’s skyline dock front looking out to the River Mersey. As a result, supporters were salivating at the prospect of moving into their new ground and made their feelings clear on social media.
