The FA Cup third round came to its conclusion for another year last night with an engrossing and at-times pulsating clash at the Emirates between Premier League side Arsenal and Championship outfit Leeds United.
The Gunners and the Whites have both got managers that like to harass and press the opposition with high-intensity football and it was the away side that did the best job of that in the first half.
Leeds could have had the tie sewn up at the break with the chances that they had but they could not score any of them and Arsenal eventually saw their class see them through as they won 1-0.
Still, a great advert for the Championship and for the work that has been done at Leeds in recent times under Marcelo Bielsa and his staff.
Indeed, the performance prompted many to comment and one such onlooker was Chris Sutton:
