Leeds United: Many Leeds fans don’t care about style as long as Whites win

Leeds’ hard-fought 2-1 win against Luton might not have been pretty, but they’re keeping pace with top-of-the-table West Brom, who sit just two points ahead in the table. They haven’t scored more than two goals since they beat Stoke 3-0 on August 24, however, with the best defence in the league, having conceded 10 in 17 games, they’re looking strong promotion contenders.

Manager Marcelo Bielsa came with a reputation for playing high-intensity, attractive football, but they’ve scored just 23 goals this season, and that’s less than seven other teams. However, it seems like the fans aren’t too bothered about how they play, as long as they keep winning and finally return to the Premier League.

When the Leeds United official Twitter account posted the full-time result, fans were pleased with the nail-biting win and many of them showed how they’re happy for the team to win in any way they can, as long as they keep earning three points.
