Leeds United defender Pontus Jansson underwent a scan yesterday to see if he is able to feature next weekend against Bristol City. The findings of the scan are unknown at the moment but it is to define the injury suffered in a tackle with Harvey Barnes during the 4-1 defeat to West Brom. Jansson was treated on the pitch before heading out on international duty with Sweden. That was to be cut short when he was sent back for further checks on the injury which leaves just Conor Shaughnessy, who has recently returned to fitness after an injury, and Leif Davis as partners to Liam Cooper if Jansson is unavailable for the game. The injury update (posted by Phil Hay on Twitter) has a lot of Leeds fans talking.
