Rangers have enjoyed an excellent season back in the Scottish Premier League and currently sit third in the table after an impressive campaign back in the top flight.
The Gers fans here in the Tavern are some of our favourite punters, and always make plenty of noise on a regular basis over by our dartboard and pool area.
This season has given Gers fans the chance to get a lot of their pride back, and despite seeing Celtic romp to the title, they can be optimistic heading into the summer, with new signings and players being released bound to be high on the agenda.
Our landlord has been chatting with some of the Rangers lot this week, and they think manager Caixinha would be best served to get rid of a few players this summer.
With this in mind, we take a look at THREE Rangers players who need to be let go this summer…
Philippe Senderos

The big defender has only made a handful of appearances this season and is likely to be on quite a big wage in comparison to some of his teammates.
Senderos is one of the players likely to be moved on by Rangers in the summer, and the 32 year old can have few complaints if he is indeed let go.
Niko Kranjcar

The former Portsmouth man and Croatian international is somewhat of a luxury player, and for a few seasons now seems to have struggled with weight issues.
Only nine appearances this term suggest he is not going to figure too much in the long term for the club, and Rangers manager Caixinha could well opt to move on the midfielder when the transfer window opens this summer.
Kenny Miller

At 37-years-old, ageing striker Miller is not exactly getting any younger.
He does still contribute to the cause, bagging a hat trick just a few weeks ago in an impressive win for the Gers, but a big decision needs to be made on his future this summer. Caixinha might well be best served to release Miller, freeing up vital wages and giving someone else a chance to impress up top for Rangers.
