Liverpool have got a huge seven days ahead of them. The Reds, fresh from beating Watford at Vicarage Road on Saturday, face a trip to Paris on Wednesday in the Champions League before returning to Anfield to host Everton in the first Merseyside derby of the season.

Whilst the Everton clash on Sunday may not be of as much interest to The Kopites, PSG on Wednesday certainly will be. Jurgen Klopp’s side was drawn into one of the toughest Champions League groups this season and they’ve been battling it out with PSG, Napoli and Red Star Belgrade for a spot in the competition’s knockout rounds. With two games left in the group, though, it’s still all to play for.
If The Reds lose against PSG on Wednesday then the only way they can guarantee that they’ll be in the Champions League round sixteen is if they beat Napoli by more than one goal at Anfield in their sixth and final group game. That, though is not the scenario they want as they’ll be desperate to claim all six points from their final games and go through as champions. Burning out is a serious possibility, though, and with three games in eight days the last thing the supporters want is to suffer against Everton because of their forays in Europe.

We need to be very clinical in the front against PSG otherwise it could be problem for us. U can’t afford to miss chances especially in UCL matches teams will punish you for that.
